R407F Commercial Refrigeration Cylinder 10kg
R407F is an advanced HFO/HFC refrigerant blend engineered for commercial and industrial refrigeration systems, serving as an energy-efficient alternative to R404A with a significantly lower global warming potential. Designed for medium and low-temperature applications, it delivers reliable cooling performance down to -40 °C in supermarket systems, cold storage facilities, refrigerated transport, and food processing environments.
Supplied in a refillable 10 kg cylinder equipped with a standard 1/4" connection, this refrigerant is classified under safety group A1 as non-flammable and low in toxicity. It offers zero ozone depletion potential (ODP = 0) while helping reduce ongoing operating costs through optimized thermodynamic efficiency.

Materials & care
Store cylinder upright in a cool, dry area away from direct sunlight, flammable materials, and temperatures exceeding 50 °C. Wear protective gloves and safety goggles during handling to prevent skin or eye contact with liquid refrigerant.
Compatibility
R407F as an alternative for R404A systems
R407F was specifically developed as a successor to R404A in commercial refrigeration systems. In many cases, a retrofit is possible without having to replace the entire system. Nevertheless, a professional inspection of the system is required before any conversion to ensure that compressors, expansion valves, and seals are suitable for operation with R407F.
Compatibility concerns not only the refrigerant itself, but also the oil used and all system-relevant components. The manufacturer's documentation must be checked before the retrofit, and the refrigerant used must comply with the EN 378 and ISO 817 standards. Older systems designed for R404A or R507 should be evaluated by a certified specialist company before conversion.
How to use
Ensure work is conducted in a well-ventilated area by certified personnel. Connect the 10 kg cylinder via the standard 1/4" valve, verify all system seals and component compatibility, and conduct a leak test before and after charging. Never exceed permitted system operating pressures.
