1. Limited Warranty Coverage
This warranty applies to products purchased directly from Momentary and covers manufacturing defects and delivery errors for the original purchaser. This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
2. Warranty Period and Coverage Scope
The warranty period is 30 days from delivery. Products must remain unopened and in factory-sealed condition to qualify. This does not affect your statutory right to reject faulty goods within 30 days under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
3. What Is Covered
- Manufacturing defects
- Delivery damage (reported within 24 hours)
- Incorrect deliveries
Approved claims are resolved via replacement or refund at our discretion.
4. What Is Not Covered
- Customer-caused damage
- Improper installation or misuse
- Opened or used products (unless exercising your statutory cooling-off rights)
- Cosmetic packaging issues that do not affect functionality
- Environmental or normal wear damage
5. Warranty Claim Process
- Contact support within 30 days
- Provide order details and photographic evidence
- Claim is reviewed and evaluated
- Resolution is issued (replacement or refund)
6. Remedy and Resolution
We provide either replacement or refund depending on the nature of the defect and product availability.
7. Return and Inspection
Return carriage is covered by Momentary for valid warranty claims. Items must be returned in their original packaging where possible.
8. Manufacturer Warranty Coordination
Where applicable, we may coordinate with manufacturers to provide additional warranty coverage beyond this initial period.
9. Safety and Compliance
All warranty handling follows applicable UK safety and regulatory standards, including electrical equipment safety regulations.
10. Commercial Orders
Bulk or commercial orders may have separate warranty agreements. Please contact us to discuss bespoke warranty terms for trade purchases.
11. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in this warranty excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law. Subject to this, our liability under this warranty is limited to the purchase price of the product.
12. Warranty Transfer
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser with proof of purchase from Momentary.
13. Record Keeping
Customers should retain purchase documentation, including order confirmations and delivery notes, for warranty claims.
